Our Process

Location, Location, Location. Often the most important part of building a home is choosing where you want to live, what school district, distance to work, price range, etc. We currently have 13, 1-acre lots available in our Prince Farms community.

Once you have chosen your lot you will choose which floor plan best suits your family. Would you prefer a one story or two story? Master bedroom up or master bedroom down? We have floor plans to suit all types of needs.

One of the most fun parts of building a home is the custom selections. Choosing your types of floors, tile, paint, etc. puts your own personal touch on our plans.

Once everything is selected it is time to meet with the bank. Once pre-approved for your loan, the fun part can begin!

Now it is time to watch your dreams become reality. We will take your selections and bring them to life as you sit back and watch your house be built.
